The Independent newspaper published a comprehensive study about US President Donald Trump’s psychological state. It focused on his past and statements before and after being president. A number of psychologists were unanimous on the fact that the man has narcissism and can harm people around him.

The newspaper quoted a doctor saying, Trump shows signs of “malignant narcissism,” which is defined as a mix of narcissism, antisocial personality disorder, aggression and sadism in Campbells’ Psychiatric Dictionary.

Professors at Harvard Medical School and the University of California said the US President showed symptoms of mental instability - including grandiosity, impulsivity, hypersensitivity to slights or criticism, and an apparent inability to distinguish between fantasy and reality. They believe that he needs a “full medical and neuropsychiatric evaluation.”

A psychologist told the NY Daily News that Trump is a “disturbed person who protects himself by building up his ego and tearing down others.”
