The national airline company “Air Algerie” has announced plans for additional summer 2019 holidays, including approximately 15,000 community seats and more than 60 charter flights.
The official spokesman of the Algerian airline company said on Wednesday that the company had adopted a number of measures for the 2019 summer season in order to facilitate the air transport operations to and from Algeria for the benefit of the members of the national community settled abroad, as well as for the Algerian tourists and travelers of all categories combined notably the elderly. ”
The program includes a range of additional flights to France with a capacity of 90 flights with a capacity of 14,820 seats, more than 4,400 seats compared to the year 2018.
In addition to the additional flights scheduled for the year 2019, more than 60 flights and more than 10 other flights have been programmed, without counting a fourth flight that was added to the Turkish city of Antalya as well as the scheduling of special trips for sporting events and special occasions.
As for the prices, the statement said that a wide range of prices were appropriate for travelers, without giving further details. As for prices of Hajj, the statement said that the same price of last year (2018) was maintained.
The airline’s flights to Jeddah and Medina, in Saudi Arabia representing the quota of pilgrims granted to Algeria, were programmed to transport the pilgrims or Hajjis from Algeria.
The ticket sale first kicked off on 16 June 2016, based on prior reservations.
The first pilgrimage flight will be on 15 July 2019, and the last return flight will be slated for 6 September 2019.
