Ryad Boudebouz Is Close To Join Spanish Real Betis Club

Algerian international Ryad Boudebouz is close to join Real Betis in the Spanish Seville.

Management of the Betis club in Seville proposed 8.5 million euros for the French club Montpellier, for the appointment of Ryad Boudebouz.

French newspaper L'Equipe reported on Tuesday that the sum that is proposed by Real Betis did not "satisfy" Montpellier club which is expected to agree to dismiss Boudebouz in the next few hours. Despite the fact that the management of the French club initially required the receipt of 15 million euros, in exchange for the demobilization of Boudebouz this summer, and offered its counterpart from Betis Seville an initial amount of 7 million euros.

Montpellier club's coach Michel Der Zakarian, said last Monday that his club's management did not receive any formal offer and confirmed that Boudebouz remained in the team. While the Algerian international said he was comfortable in Montpellier, and would wait to accept the offers which he received.

Montpellier club's management has chosen the 27-year-old play maker Ryad Boudebouz, in the summer of 2015 for four seasons for and has paid € 1.7 million to the French club Bastia.

In case of the transfer of Ryad Boudebouz to Real Betis, he will play alongside his compatriot and fellow the international defender Issa Mandi.

Ryad Boudebouz is currently suffering from a left knee injury, and will not return to the fields until the middle of this month.
