The “El Djeich” Magazine stated in its September issue that the recent appointments in the ranks of the National People’s Army (ANP) came “to enshrine the principle of shifting on jobs and positions in accordance with skills and merit criteria.”
According to the Magazine’s latest editorial, such a move “provides an opportunity to stimulate human capabilities and to value their rich accumulated experience and encourage them to continue to do more on the path of serving dutifully and professionally our National People’s Army which is steadily forging ahead with the help of Allah Almighty.”
The source added: “The National People’s Army is imbued with indomitable determination and unswerving will. The valiant ANP is fully confident that it will succeed in achieving the established goals by persisting in this sound approach.
This approach ensures constant readiness for our various Army units deployed throughout the country and makes them a deterrent force for the security and stability of the motherland as our brave soldiers are deployed in every inch of our land, in order to be a safety valve against all conspiracies and hostile plots”.
In this regard, “El Djeich” pointed out that the “remarkable results achieved in the sustained fight against the remnants of terrorism as well as organized crime are a telling evidence that the National People’s Army will remain the strong lever, by ensuring safe borders and bolstering stability and territorial integrity.”
In so doing, “the Supreme Command of the National People’s Army (ANP) has established, under the wise guidance of the President of the Republic Mr. Abdelaziz Bouteflika, a clear vision over the past years to consolidate Algeria’s stability, maintain its territorial integrity and harness all human and material resources with a view to building a strong and developed Army in the interest of the homeland”, it added.
As part of this unflagging endeavor, “El Djeich” magazine underlined that the ANP Army “is exerting strenuous efforts to enhance the national Armed forces to the level of the Nation’s expectations and aspirations.”
