French Justice Decides The Liquidation Of Aigle Azur 
French commercial court Evry decided Monday evening the liquidation of Aigle Azur airline after it declared bankruptcy since the beginning of September, a,d granted the companies that submitted their bids 48 hours to refine and submit their offers before the end of September 18.
The commercial court reported, as the website “Air Journal” said on Monday, that all the offers to re-sent the activity of the bankrupt company “Aigle Azur”, which are 14 offers were not enough, and the Chairman of the Court, Sonia Arrouas, explained that the offers were not enough, this is why the justice decided to grant an additional deadline to those concerned to improve their offers before the date of September,15, to be examined by the court in a special session on September 23.
In a closed session of the Commercial Court of Evry, the decision to liquidate the bankrupt company “Aigle Azur” was made after suffering from financial hardship that forced it to stop its flights suddenly since the beginning of September when the volume of its debts reached 148 million euros, and its accounts have not yet been ratified.
The court also stipulated that companies bidding for Aigle Azur should maintain as many workers and employees as possible, because it is the second-largest airline in France, with around 1,150 people, including 800 in France and 350 in Algeria. Verdict in the fate of offers to buy the bankrupt company until 27 September.
The court adjourned the verdict on the fate of the offers that were submitted to buy the bankrupt company until September 27th.
