Lawsuit Against Amira Bouraoui For Insulting Holy Messenger Of Islam

On Thursday, a group of lawyers announced that a lawsuit had been filed against activist Amira Bouraoui for insulting the Holy Messenger of Islam Mohamed, “May Allah’s Peace and Blessings Be Upon Him”, through social networks.

According to the claimants, the complaint was filed in the name of a citizen from Oued Romane district in the capital Algiers, with the representative of the Cheraga Court.

The claimants stressed, “In her last post on social networks, Amira Bouraoui deliberately mocked and offended the person of the Noble Messenger Mohamed, May God Almighty Bless Him and Grant Him Peace as well as To His Honorable Companions.”
