Algeria’s Constitutional Referendum will protect the Algerian Republic, and it is a continuation of the liberation movement for which our fathers and grandfathers sacrificed for Algeria’s freedom and dignity, the Minister Delegate in Charge of the Sahara Environment, Hamza Al Sidi Sheikh, said during his meeting with civil society in El-Oued province, southern Algerian.
“The new global situation will be drawn after the Corona pandemic, which makes it imperative for us to take into account this situation and prepare for it. The unity of our nation is a duty and we must protect it by combating division and everything that may lead to separatism and dispersion”, he added.
“We must dust off some of the gains and the only guarantee is to go to the referendum for a strong state, which requires a strong society, and this role is assigned to civil society that must achieve it”.
The minister also spoke about the position of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on the Palestinian issue and his speech that mixed the papers of the countries which normalized their relations with the zionists and cut off the road to the countries that were on the way to normalization.
On another issue, the minister asserted that the state is giving large importance to the development of environment and desert areas, through cooperation with several ministries.
