100 shops to be distributed for youth in municipalities before the end of June

Prime Minister, Abdelmalek Sellal sent a “reminding instruction” to all the governors, ordering them to the immediate deployment of the President’s shops, which are included in the project of 100 shops in each municipality, with giving the priority to citizens who have projects in the CNAC, ENSEJ and ONJEM, and this before the end of next June.
PM’s instruction was sent last Wednesday to the governors of the Republic concerning the prompt distribution of the President’s shops, which commits heads of departments to involve representatives of the “National Agency Micro-Loan, National Agency for Employment, and the National Agency for Unemployment Insurance”, in determining the list of beneficiaries from this project, considering that these shops aim primarily to provide a favorable environment for the establishment of activities to encourage youth to realize their projects, which allows the granting of additional opportunities to find new jobs.
PM’s instruction focused on the need for commitment to transparency and equality in the distribution of shops which were completed within this program, and in accordance with the conditions that were set by the text of the Executive Decree No. 11-119 dated on March 20, 2011, which defines the conditions and ways of setting shops that were created in the framework of the program “Youth Employment ” at the disposal of youth who have deposited their files within the channels of state support for investment along the lines of the National Agency for Supporting Youth Employment, the National Agency for Conducting of Micro- Loan, the National Fund for Unemployment Insurance, and the self-employed youth as well.
Prompt distribution of the President’s shops, or what is known as the 100 Shops Project, will be in each municipality which formed an axe for the President’s program in his second term, as official figures show that the number of shops that ended works, reach more than 118,000 shops, while works are under way for the completion of more than 10,000 shops, as more than 98,000 shops, which is equivalent to more than 83% of the program that was done for the benefit of youth, have been given to more than 96.000 people, including 30% for women.
