A woman accused her husband of terrorism with “Belaouar” because he prevented her from working

Algiers Bir Mourad Rais court condemned, on Sunday, a lady in her thirties, with six months in prison on the charge of reporting a fake crime against her husband, who she accused of belonging to a terrorist cell that is operating in the Algerian Sahara and which belongs to “Al Qaeda” and the so-called dangerous terrorist “Belaour”.

Facts of the case, according to the trial’ details, is dating back to the beginning of September 2015, when the accused sent a fake report to a French security website in which she accuses her husband of preparing a large terrorist operation, which is blowing up Algiers Houari Boumediene airport.

As a result, the French security website notified the Algerian security services about the matter, which led to opening a thorough investigation, as the woman’s husband owns a car renting agency for Sonatrach company in Timimoune, in Adrar (southern Algeria), then the security services arrested him and conducted inquiries on the issue, to prove that it is a malicious process that was prepared by the wife against her husband.

The accused is detained in the penal institution of Harrache, and when she was brought before the court she admitted that she is guilty because her husband was treating her cruelly and refuses to grant her the necessary funds along with her daughter, and that he did not allow her to go out and work as she owns a professional competence in the law degree, and then she decided to revenge through sending a false report.
