Algeria 64 in FIFA ranking

Algerian football squad finished the year at the 64th of the FIFA world monthly ranking moving one place down compared to November.

• The “Greens” have gone down for the second time at the FIFA ranking after they moved seven places down in November.
• The Cameroonians were ranked the 14th while African champions Egypt got the 16th place.
• Nigeria is third in Africa and 19th in the world while Ghana is the fourth best in the continent and 25th worldwide.
• The other countries in the African top 10 are Ivory Coast, Guinea, Mali, Tunisia, Senegal and Gabon.
