Algeria adheres to rejecting military intervention in Libya , FM Ramtane Laamamra says

In depth dialogue between the Malian parties on the situation in northern Mali will be launched in September between the various Malian parties within the framework of respecting the sovereignty of the Malian state and people, with the participation of regional and continental actors, Foreign Affairs Minister, Ramtane Lamamra said.

“Armed movements of northern Mali committed to Algeria position, which is the result of the first phase of the negotiations between the Government of Bamako and the six Azawad movements, about stopping terrorist acts and find a final political settlement of the crisis.” 
Laamamra pointed out in a statement on the sidelines of the works of the Algerian-Malian strategic Committee, that is headed by the Malian Foreign and African Integration and International Cooperation Minister, Abdoulaye Diop, that; “This meeting is useful for both sides to coordinate and support the common work to restore peace and security in the entire region. The Committee reached an agreement on the commitment of all Malian parties, including armed political and military groups to stop all hostilities and to combat terrorism in the region and not to succumb to this phenomenon.”
“This is the fruit of the joint statement that was issued by the two heads of states Abdelaziz Bouteflika nad Ibrahim Boubacar Keita on 19 January in Algeria, which included the date of creating the Strategic Committee.” 
“Road map that was adopted by the Committee in its last meeting on last July 24 Laamamra explained; “It determines the content of the mediation between the Malian parties and determined who led lit to Algeria, as well as the parties that are charged with leading the mediation and the parties which formed it, and which include a group of international organizations, as well as Mauritania, Burkina Faso, Niger and Chad.” . 
For his part, Malian Foreign Affairs and African Integration and International Cooperation Minister, Abdoulaye Diop, described the results of the first phase of the overall Malian dialogue that is mediated by Algeria as “important”.
“Mali’s confidence in Algeria is big due its important role as a mediator in the dialogue between Malians. Our government is determined to reach a comprehensive and final peace agreement”.
