The suspects charged with forgery in an equipment transaction between a private company and the irrigation services in Henaya municipality (Tlemcen province,) were put under penitential control released by the tribunal of the same locality. Another suspect has been temporarily released. The police services found the group in possession of many documents stamped with the seal of the Ministry of Justice as well as that of Treasure Ministry.

The arrest of the gang headed by a certain (Mustafa. P), 26 years old, have been made possible after a complaint made by the company’s irrigation equipment deposited at the judicial police. The complain contained a denunciation of a man who used the stamp of a private company specialised in irrigation equipment marketing.

The Manager of the private company found a document with his stamp on the market and knew a gang specialised in forgery was behind the discovery. The latter bought the document for 17.000 dinars from a group that could provide people with the document they needed. Some people could buy any document including invoices to be officially issued by real companies.
On the basis of these elements, the police acted and their investigation led to the end at the place of this arrest.
