Clinton commends reforms by Algeria

Secretary of State Hilary Rodham Clinton said Friday in Washington (USA) she appreciated reforms undertaken by Algeria while congratulating the security device the Algerian authorities have deployed to secure the American Embassy in Algiers after violence which occurred in several Muslim country last September.
