Dakar international trade fair (Fidak 2011): Algeria, guest of honour
DAKAR (Senegal)- The international trade fair of Dakar (FIDAK 2011) opened Thursday with the participation of 20 countries, including Algeria as guest of honour, represented by 35 state-owned and private companies.
The event was kicked off by Senegalese Prime Minister Souleymane Ndene Ndiaye, in the presence of Trade Minister Mustapha Benbada and Algeria’s ambassador to Senegal, Abderrahmane Benguerrah.
In an address, Souleymane Ndene Ndiaye praised the choice of Algeria as FIDAK 2011 guest of honour, underlining the “old ties between Algeria and Senegal that share so many views and values in the struggle for economic and social development.”
