Donald Trump Is Elected The 45th President of the United States

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump won, on Wednesday, the US Presidential Polls, causing a surprise for many people in the United States and the whole world.

Trump won the race with 290 electoral votes, compared with 218 electoral votes for his democrat rival , Hillary Clinton.

Presidential candidate needs only 270 votes, to ensure access to the White House, which was done by Trump today by reaching up to more 20 votes, which is considered an unbelievable result.

Trump gave a short speech to his supporters in in New York, where he announced his victory and thanked the Americans who elected him as President of the United States of America.

Trump said he received a call from Hillary Clinton who congratulates him for winning the presidential race.

“I’m President for all Americans and I’ll work hard to defend the interests of my country”, he added.

“Every American will have the opportunity to realize an achievement, and we will rebuild infrastructure and create millions of jobs.”

Trump sent a message of reassurance to the rest of the world, saying; “I want to realize partnerships with the countries of the world, not conflicts.”

Hillary Clinton’s campaign organized a speech in Javis conference center, which is located near the hotel where Trump addressed his supporters, and there was an overshadowed gloomy atmosphere among the supporters who were expecting to win.

Clinton chose not appear in the event and sent instead her campaign director John Podesta to ask her supporters to return to their homes: “We have no more words to say tonight.”

Later, a statement from the Clinton campaign, said she plans to deliver a speech in front of her team and supporters at nine thirty in the morning (14:30 GMT) today (Wednesday), in the Manhattan hotel after her defeat in front of Trump.

Hillary Clinton delivers painful concession speech and said that the Constitution requires a peaceful transfer of power.

“Last night, I congratulated Donald Trump and offered to work with him on behalf of our country. I hope that he will be a successful president for all Americans,” Clinton said.

“Donald Trump is going to be our president. We owe him an open mind and a chance to lead,” said Clinton, who was composed and dignified even as she admitted how painful her defeat was in her first public comments on the result of the election.

“This is not the outcome that we wanted and we worked so hard for, and I am sorry that we did not win this election,” Clinton told supporters and campaign workers in New York.
