Gunman’s Mother Subjects Assault at Her House in Toulouse

Unknown people have raided the house of the mother of the killed French gunman Mohamed Merah, in Toulouse.“Ms Zoulikha, the mother of Mohamed Merah, was subject to an assault perpetrated by anonymous people,” Abdellah Zekri, an advisor at the rector of the Grand Mosque of Paris told Yacine of Echorouk, adding that “when she was at her house in Les Issers neighborhood in Toulouse, she heard knocks on the door, and when she asked the people behind to identify themselves, they started hitting the door with bars. Frightened, the woman started to shout for help, forcing the assaulters to disappear in the nature, after the neighbors rushed to the spot.”The house of Souad, the sister of Mohamed Merah, was also subject to similar assault, Mr Zekri said, adding that “Souad wasn’t at home at that moment, but her husband was there, as some assaulters tried to break in the door, and fortunately the neighbors managed to call the police and rushed to help him.”
