Hannibal Gaddafi reveals dangerous secrets about the disappearance of Mousa al-Sadr

Lebanese Investigating Judge, Zaher Hamada, in the case of the disappearance of Imam Moussa al-Sadr, issued a warrant arrest against Hanibaal Gaddafi, in the offense of hiding information in this case.

According to the newspaper “Essafir” the judge Hamada questioned Hannibal Gaddafi over five hours, and the latter acknowledged the responsibility of his father’s regime for the crime, revealing that Imam Sadr never left Libya originally, and also revealed the identity of the person who traveled to Italy impersonating Imam Sadr, and called an Arab country where his residence as an impersonator capacity currently.

Gaddafi said that his father commissioned his brother, Saif al-Islam to end the file that was in the era of the other brother, Al Mouetassim Billah, who was head of the Libyan National Security.

Hannibal Gaddafi said Al Sadr is responsible for the kidnapping of his fathers’ deputy, Abdessalam Djelloud, pointing out that the Imam, after his arrest, was transferred to a special prison in western Tripoli.

Gaddafi called upon the investigator for not to hand him over to the current Libyan authorities, saying that his brother al-Saadi, who handed him over to the Niger authorities is subjected to torture in the Libyan prisons.

Hidden Imam’s family filled a complaint to the discriminatory public prosecution against Muammar Gaddafi.

Family’s lawyer, Shadi Hussein, announced that he cannot hand over Gaddafi, currently to the Libyan authorities until the end of the investigations in this regard, adding that “The priority is now for the investigations that are conducted by the Lebanese justice.”
