The Ministry of Trade granted a 30-day grace period for economic operators active in importing raw materials and goods for resale to submit their sales and inventory figures and their estimated annual import program for 2026 via the digital platform for the Certificate of Compliance, until January 31, 2026.

According to correspondence from the Directorate of Internal Trade and National Market Regulation, and pursuant to Article 15 of the specifications document concerning the obligations of commercial companies engaged in the importation of raw materials, products, and goods intended for resale in their original state, attached to Executive Decree No. 94-21 of March 9, 2021, amending and complementing Executive Decree No. 05-458 of November 30, 2005, the Directorates of Trade are calling upon all economic operators active in the importation of goods and merchandise intended for resale, and holding a Certificate of Compliance, to submit their sales figures.

This also concerns inventory levels for the second half of 2025, as well as the annual production forecast for 2026, to be submitted via the digital platform for the Certificate of Compliance, from January 1st to January 31st, 2026, which is the final deadline.

The announcement also stated that applicants must adhere to the forms available on the digital platform when submitting their files.
The directorates have informed the operators that “for any inquiry or further information, please approach the provincial directorate of trade or contact the foreign trade promotion office.”
