Interpol elects Algerian officer representative for the African countries in its Executive Board

The Executive Board of the International Police ( Interpol) for the African region has elected the chief of the detective division at the National Police Directorate, Abdelkader Kara Bouhadba as a delegate to the African countries.

  • A communiqué released by the National Police Directorate ( DGSN), which Echourouk had a copy, reveals that Abdelkader Kara Bouhedba was selected as the representative of the African countries in then wake of the 81th General Assembly that took place in Rome Italy, last Thursday with the participation of 100 members from 190 countries.
  • Meanwhile, the superintendent Belaarbi Salah Hamdane has been re-elected as member of the Executive Board of the Arab Police Union for the period 2012-2016 on the sidelines of the General Assembly of the Arab Police Union that took place in Doha last week.
  • The election of the two Algerian police officers as members within such important security institutions comes to reinstate the role played by the Algerian police at the regional and international levels, the communiqué adds.
