But before all that, all participants aid parents needed to communicate with their children as many crimes have not been reported and taken in charge because children were afraid to tell their parents about what they endured.

The Seminar which was organised under the aegis of Echorouk daily newspaper aimed at communicating with the community on the rise of children abduction which reached high levels during the last two years.

Many students do leave their homes also because they fail in their studies and afraid of their parents punishment. Specialists indicated in this regard that the latter were sufficient motives for children to be on the run. Very few of them kidnap children for ransom specialists said at the seminar.

Samira Djelloul Benhadj, a psychologist at the Police Department said at the end that parents were responsible for the protecting their children. Children who are kidnapped and killed are often victims first of lack of control and neglection of their parents.
