Groups of Jewish extremists of more than forty elements stormed on Monday the holy Al Aqsa Mosque in the presence of Palestinian worshipers and students, trying to perform Talmudic prayers – according to Palestinian news agency – they were accompanied by a group of rabbis‭. ‬

The mosque was stormed ‭from the Maghreb gate‬, after the Jewish extremists walked around accompanied by famale and male soldiers of Zionist occupation who were wearing the military uniforms‭. ‬

This move comes in the context of intensifying activities and movements of the Jewish groups for the mobilization of Jews around the world, to participate in the “invasion” of Al-Aqsa Mosque on the anniversary of what they called “the memory of the Temple destruction” ,which is approaching amid mounting calls by Palestinian leaders and Imamas to the people to intensify their presence and tighen efforts to thwart attempts and plans to occupy Al Aqsa by the ‭Jewish extremist groups‭.

Representative of Fatah movement in Algeria, Fayez El-Aidi, said in a phone call with Echorouk that Muslim countries, organizations, scientists, the Arab League and the UN Security Council should intervene to prevent the Zionists from achieving their goal, which is “a strategic objective to demolish Al-Aqsa Mosque completly and establish the Temple of Solomon, as they did not find any impact or argument for it, and yet insist on their demand and try to achieve this goal, while the Palestinians and all Muslims in the world call on Muslim organizations and the Security Council to protect the holy mosque, because the one who enters Al Aqsa Mosque to demolish it can also enter a church and destroy it as well, as abuse is unacceptable in all the international conventions, but‮ ‬unfortunately ‭where are ‭attitudes of the Muslim countries, that did not ‭move a finger to ‭ warn the Zionists of affecting the Muslims’ holy places‬‭.”

‬In a separate context, chief of Palestinian negotiators, Saeb Oreikat, said that the Arab countries decided at a meeting of the Arab initiative, in the presence of President Mahmoud Abbas, last night, to go to the request to grant the Palestinian State a “member with no full membership” at the United Nations, without setting a date for that .
