Khalfan Tamim in a tweet via Twitter: “A Jewish President in Yemen For A Prosperous Future”

Deputy Chief of Police and Public Security of the Emirate of Dubai, Lt General, Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, surprisingly proposed the handing over of the Presidency of Yemen to a Jewish of that country, arguing that this will lead Yemen to a prosperous future.

Agitator Khalfan Tamim said in a tweet published through his official account on Twitter on Tuesday: “I propose that the new President of the Republic of Yemen to be a Yemeni Jew in order to lead Yemen to a bright future.”

Khalfan Tamim also said “that one of the most widely accepted solutions to the ongoing crisis in Yemen is through the independence of the South from the North”, as he put it.

In another recent tweet that spurred large-scale controversy, the Dubai security chief wrote: “We should not treat Jews as our enemies. We should treat them as cousins with whom we have a controversy over land inheritance”. 

In order to test the feasibility of his idea, Khalfan Tamim asked his Twitter followers if they think Palestinians and Jews can live together in an Israeli-ruled state. Not surprisingly, the majority of the followers answered that “‘Jews have no place in our country.”
