Libyan “Naima” Recruited Algerian Women To Join ISIS

Gendarmerie services dismantled 14 ISIS youth recruiting cells that are active in many Algerian provinces, including traders and repentant terrorists, and those who were released in the framework of the application of Peace and National Reconciliation Charter, and even disabled physically and girls.

They are sent to join terrorist organization ISIS, while the security services distributed a list of 16 terrorists, including a female terrorist who belongs to what is known as “Harayer Tunisia”, which is part of ISIS terrorist organization, which mission is recruiting women in Algeria and Tunisia, that are likely used in the so-called “sexual jihad.”

According to Echorouk sources, the activation of work and intelligence coordination enabled the gendarmerie services to dismantle 14 recruitment cells for the benefit of the terrorist organization ISIS.

Investigations uncover ongoing contacts between the terrorists, sons and relatives of terrorists, who were killed by security forces in previous years, to persuade them to join these criminal cells.

Boumerdes region (eastern Algiers) tops the list of cities that recorded the activity of these cells, and in the the cental areas, like Bouira, Tipaza, Blida, Skikda and El Tarf (eastern Algeria), where a cell that is made up of three people, Khenchela and Tebessa (eastern Algeria), which reveals a activity map of the Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat, which belongs to these cells.

Investigations of the gendarmerie services refer to the shift in the activity of these cells, which are no longer limited to recruitment, information, support and money, but their work became in line with the activity of terrorist organizations that contest organized crime and banditry, and their task now is “marketing” things that stolen in banks, posts and citizens’ properties in fake checkpoints, especially the cars.

Echorouk sources revealed on a new list of 16 terrorists, including a Tunisian wanted terrorist, who belongs to the terrorist group, called Naima Mahmoud El-Djohary, descend from the Libyan region “Derna”, born in 1978, and a university student, who belongs to what is known as “Harayer Tunisia”, which is part of ISIS, that already threatened to carry out terrorist attacks in Tunisia and Algeria, in retaliation for the terrorists who were eliminated in the two countries, while the investigations revealed that the mission is limited to the recruitment of women in both Algeria and Tunisia, as “Naima” is active in the axe Libya, Tunisia and the Algerian borders.

Among the most dangerous terrorists on the list, according to the same sources, Ahmed Boumalouma, who was born in 1990 and he is from Libya, and the so-called Mohamed Taleb, a student who was born in 1982, and nicknamed Mohamad Abou Basir Kamal, who was born in 1981, and the so-called Abd al-Muttalib, who was born in 1987, and Ayman Mohamed Meftah, who was born in 1986, as security services published their images across all of its units, with their passports’ numbers.
