The National Agency for Entrepreneurship Support and Development (NASDA) has issued an appeal to micro-enterprises benefiting from the entrepreneurship support scheme, especially those who have received loans under youth support programs, urging them to register on the digital platform designated for submitting the estimated import program for the first half of 2026.

The agency clarified, in a post on its professional LinkedIn page, that the deadline for submitting the estimated program is February 26, 2026, which is within 48 hours. It called on the project owners concerned to initiate registration and complete all administrative procedures within the specified deadlines, to avoid any delays that might affect the review of their files or the acceptance of their applications.

NASDA emphasized that the submission process is exclusively conducted through the digital platform, as part of an effort to digitize services and simplify procedures for micro-enterprise owners, thereby allowing for the precise and organized management of import needs based on accurate and transparent data.

The estimated import program is a regulatory tool adopted by authorities to control import operations based on a proactive vision built on accurate data. It is a document through which an enterprise declares its anticipated needs for materials or equipment during a specified period, detailing quantities, financial values, and sources of supply.

This measure aims to establish greater transparency and enable the administration to monitor goods flows and ensure their consistency with national economic priorities.

This mechanism is particularly important for micro-enterprises benefiting from support schemes, especially those supervised by the National Agency for Entrepreneurship Support and Development, as it allows them to plan their commercial activities in an organized manner and avoid randomness in procurement.

The estimated program also contributes to avoiding supply-related disruptions or procedural delays by providing an advance view of the market’s actual needs, whether for raw materials or essential equipment for activity.

At the macroeconomic level, the estimated program plays a pivotal role in rationalizing imports and protecting financial balances by controlling demand for hard currency and directing imports towards serving production and investment instead of unproductive consumption. It also helps authorities prepare accurate statistics and make decisions based on realistic data, thereby enhancing economic efficiency and establishing a culture of planning instead of ad hoc treatment.

On the other hand, and to provide work for beneficiaries of entrepreneurship support and development who wish to secure deals, the agency reminded, through an announcement published on its official LinkedIn page, of the availability of public consultations and announcements via the “Small Business Hub” platform.

This platform allows micro-enterprises to view subcontracting opportunities and available offers, thereby enhancing their market presence and opening new horizons for partnership and growth.

These measures fall within the policy of accompanying and supporting micro-enterprises, by empowering them with modern digital tools and expanding their opportunities to access markets and organize their commercial operations with a more professional vision.

The digital platform is of paramount importance in the modernization process of the National Agency for Entrepreneurship Support and Development’s services. It represents a unified space that enables micro-enterprises to submit their files and track their applications with full transparency and without the hassle of travel or the complexity of paper procedures.

It also allows for the digitization and precise control of data, which reduces the margin of error, speeds up file review times, and provides project owners with a clear view of the status of their applications at every stage.

Economically, the platform contributes to enhancing governance and organizing import and subcontracting operations by collecting data in a centralized information base that aids analysis and decision-making. It also opens the door for micro-enterprises to integrate into a modern digital business environment, thereby enhancing their competitiveness, establishing a culture of electronic transactions, and aligning with the state’s direction towards more transparent and effective administration.
