Unknown Gunmen in Central Paris Fire On Young Man Hailing From Khenchela Province

27-year-old Mohamed Lachboub, an Algerian young man hailing from the province of Khenchela (eastern Algeria), was seriously injured during an armed attack perpetrated by unknown gunmen, who riddled him with a hail of bullets in central Paris.
The victim was transferred by ambulance to a hospital in Paris where he underwent two complex surgical operations, during which seven bullets were extracted from his body and which had stabilized at the level of the liver while his health condition Is reportedly extremely critical as the French medical staff are now striving to save his endangered life in the intensive care unit of the hospital.
The French police services launched an in-depth security investigation in order to track down the perpetrators of this attempted murder on the basis of surveillance cameras and eyewitness accounts from the site of the attack.
The mother of the victim has meanwhile launched a urgent call on the French and Algerian authorities to intervene and work on the arrest of the perpetrators involved in the attempt to kill her son, who is known by everyone, she said, for his high morals, and his constant work away from all misdemeanors.
As a recall, this latest armed attack was the 15th of its kind, in less than a year in France, targeting members of the Algerian community settled there, occurring in murky circumstances, and most of the victims hailed from the province of Khenchela in eastern Algeria.
