100 associations excluded from EU program
“Echourok†quoted the national solidarity ministry sources saying that more than 100 associations were denied subventions from a ministerial committee set up to supervise a joint venture initiated by both the European Union and the ministry, for their doubtful activities and links with foreign embassies.

Algerian Solidarity Minister, Djamel Oueld Abbas explained the decision to count out these associations from the ONG2 program, to the fact that they didn’t preset their last year’s financial report saying “dozens of associations were denied the right to benefit from the European Union financing as part of the ONG2, adding that money given by foreign parties have to transit through his ministry “.
