According to a study of the labour market in Algeria by experts from the Ministry of Labour and Employment and Social Security, unemployment in Algeria comes from the seekers of the job for the first time, who have never worked before and the problem is that they have no professional experience making their production low compared to those with professional experience, that’s why the companies refused to hire them because they can’t pay wages to employees that gives low production.
