120 BRC dismissed Algerian engineers go to foreign companies

Official sources in joint Algeria-American companies revealed that more than 120 engineers in communications, chemistry, petrochemicals, civil engineering, electricity, construction and planning benefited from attractive contracts in the biggest petroleum companies in the world after they had been dismissed from “Brown and Ruth Condor” company.

• Echorouk’s sources pointed out that 21 of whom are Algerians working in many fields, and are the most efficient workers joining “British Petroleum”, some of them were working in its branches in Algeria, and others benefited from contracts from its branches abroad, after they have been migrated directly to begin their works there, and thus getting wages worth between 4,000 and 5,000 dollars, which means the equivalent of 60 to 80 million per month, despite the fact that the ministry of energy and mines took measures to recruit “BRC” company tires with unlimited labour contracts in Sonatrach, but the low wages offered to them compared with the foreign companies’ offers let them choose the latter ones.
• Same sources revealed that the issue is not only concerning engineers but all the other tires who have been demobilized from “Brown and Root Condor” company.
• It is known that “Brown and Root Condor” company is a mixed American Algerian, which was activating in the field of construction, drilling and exploitation in Algeria, and it is one of the biggest American oil companies’ branch in the world.
