12th female police class graduates from Ain Benian Police Academy

ALGIERS- The graduation ceremony of the 12th class of 477 female police took place Thursday at the Police Academy of Ain Benian (west of Algiers).

The ceremony of the class, named after the martyr of the National Liberation War Saadia Djemai, was attended by Interior Minister Daho Ould Kablia, Director General of National Police (DGSN) Abdelghani Hamel as well as the Police Academy’s Director, Chief Superintendent Malek Mohamed Afrad.

In his address, Afrad called on the graduated policewomen to be equal to the mission assigned to them for the protection of citizens and their properties, and the establishment of the rule of law.
