150 customs transfered and 80 others punished on charges of bribery and forgery in Algeria

The General Directorate of Customs begin on Monday a series of remittances of 150 customs of combatting fraud in all the provinces, with the inauguration of two directors assistants to the regional directors in seven provences.In contrast the Disciplinary Comittee at its recent meeting punished 80 customs, because of bribery and forgery.

• The General Directorate decided to remove the heads of inspectorates in all sections of Skikda, Taref, Tebessa provinces (east of Algeria), and the anti-fraud official in Annaba province (east of Algeria) to be replaced by others.

• in the context of the preventive actions, the general directorate of customs decided on Monday to begin a series of remmitences which will continue until the current month’s end, including 150 customs in the Anti-fraud interests in 48 provinces.
