2 brothers dispute reveals forgery: Investigation
Regional security members of Khenchla province (east of Algeria) begun its investigations this week after a parliamentary instruction had been issued regarding a scandal on forgery and use of forged official documents at civil status in the municipality of Ouled Rachache.

Members of the municipal council signed those documents for some persons to benefit from pension in France. Life certificates were delivered to dead people while the same thing happened for marriage certificates which had been put in an administrative file of a bank.

Echorouk’s sources added that regional security forces begun its investigations after two brothers had disputed in Biskra province (south of Algeria) about the amount of this pension. That led one of them to speak and say the truth to the security forces.
