2 dangerous terrorists arrested at Gendarmerie checkpoint

Reliable sources told “Echorouk El Yaoumi” that 2 wanted dangerous terrorists were rounded up Friday evening at a road block set up by a Gendarmerie roving squad in the Ben Chikaou locality close to the city of Medea, south-east of Algiers.

• The 2 terrorists, who were travelling on board a Peugeot vehicle, were intercepted by Gendarmerie elements who shortly found out after an identity check that the 2 were on the wanted terror list for a long  time.
• The same sources said that the 2 arrested terrorists are believed to belong to the GSPC terrorist gangs operating in the south – western part of Medea province.
