30 Algerian employees sacked over a movement of strike in southern Algeria
30 employees working in the Petroleum Projects and Technical Expertise Company based in the province of Ilizi ,Southern Algeria, were sacked following their protest movement to denounce their precarious professional conditions.

The protesters have denounced the absence of the Algerian experts from the hydrocarbons company “ Sontrach”, who were supposed to supervise the welding process of the pipes carried out by an Egyptian company, especially that this operation is highly sensitive.

The sacked employees have forcefully denied allegations that they committed acts of sabotage within their company, considering their dismissal “ arbitrary”.

They have also denounced the Egyptian’s company policy which consists in the recruitment of the Egyptian workforce at the expense of the Algerian one.
