A roadside bomb, planted by a terrorist group in a road between Boumerdes and Tizi Ouzou, east of Algiers, injured a youngster, while the patrol of Algerian, forces targeted by terrorists, survived.
- The roadside bomb, planted by a terrorist group targeting Algerian forces patrol, usually used that road to the barrack, but unfortunately, bad timing of explosion enabled them to survive, and the victims was a 30 year youngster, who was present in the site.
- The victims was transferred to hospital for initial aid, while armed troops continued an intensive combing operation in the region, in order to track the traces of the terrorists, believed to be a clandestine group in Mizrana forests, that includes ten terrorists, after it was the strongest and largest terrorist battalion in the central regions.
