30,000 jobs in Italy tempt Algerians
Italian interior and work ministries launched foreign manpower-related decree 2013 which devotes a portion for Algerians to get jobs in agricultural fields.
The decree came into force on March 20Th. Algerian workers are eligible to apply for a job contract and residence in Italy.
Italian general consul in Algeria told Echorouk the decree does not mention a limited number of applicants but quick application on the procedure website will be decisive for job offers.
According to the Italian interior ministry’s release, the procedure will be online through an application form on the following link: https://nullaostalavoro.interno.it/Ministero/index2.jsp from March 20th until December 31st.
The consul said Italy offered about 10,000 visas to Algerian nationals in 2012.
She added that the consulate received more than 11,000 Schengen Visas in 2012. Of them, 9,800 had a positive reply.
