38 tons of drugs seized in western Algeria

Commander of the Gendarmerie in Ain Timouchent province (west of Algeria) 38 tons of drugs were seized. Of them, 30 percent were seized on the sea.

•  The commander told journalists that 200 people were there including 7 barons. The so-called Hakim Elwahrani, the most dangerous one possessed 300 kg. His networks extended to Spain and France in addition to the Russian Belgian baron “Vladimir” who has recently been arrested after the Gendarmerie had cooperated with the International Criminal Police (Interpol).
