Criminal Chamber of Algiers Judicial Council postponed on Wednesday, the judgment that is issued by Bir Mourad Rais Court, announced the lack of jurisdiction in the case against the former national coach, Rabah Saadane, who was victim of scam.

The resolution, which was decided by Algiers judicial council, on Wednesday, gave hope to the former national coach, Rabah Saadane, to regain his money, which was robbed from him in a smart scam operation, that was done by the daughter of a former French Minister, who exploited the desire of Saadane to invest in his money, which he collected since years from the career of training, according to his statement, and the translator convinced him to invest in a project with a Spanish businessmen, and under the auspices of the Spanish Embassy in Algiers, with the encouragement of his sons, he gave her the money, pending the beginning of a project that has not seen the light until today, and he was shocked with the scam reality, and the most dangerous is the statement of the concerned that Saadane asked her to smuggle his money to Spain in plastic bags.
Previously, the General Attorney of Algiers Judicial Council, asked during the re-trial of the accused to tighten her punishment, after the previous decision of Bir Mourad Rais Court to postpone the case due to the lack of jurisdiction in this case. As the public prosecutor sought, at the court of Bir Mourad Raice, punishing it with Five years of imprisonment and a fine of 100.000 ZDZ.
