JSK Hennachi and USMH former ace Meziani talk about the Cup final

Former USM El Harrach ace, Abdelkader Meziani said he is confident that the team to win the Algeria Cup final against JS Kabyie, while the latter’s President Mohand-Cherif Hennachi said the JSK players know what they have got to do on 1 May, in 5 July Stadium.

Abdelkader Meziani wore the armband in 1987 and led USMH to lift their lone Cup of Algeria.
He said: “I’m sure the final of May 1st will be a wonderful football party, between two special squads,” adding “USMH are solid and play collectively, while JSK are more dependent on individualities.”
Meziani specified “USMH are closer to lift the Cup regarding the good performance of the team recently, and the high sprit level of the players who won more confidence as games go by.”
Meanwhile, President of JSK, Mohand Cherif Hennaci, who was a player when the Kabyles won the Cup in 1977, indicated that JSK is ready for next Sunday challenge.
“I think we have prepared the final in perfect conditions, and it is up to the players to confirm their supremacy on the pitch,” Hennachi said.
He recalled the glorious moment in the summer of 1977, when JSK lifted their first Cup title. “We played against NA Hussein Dey, and winning that trophy was so special for JSK, given that it was our first Cup,” he recalled.
Hennachi further added “I still remember that first title; it was a wonderful moment that I wish to be remade next Sunday with this new generation.”
