« Abdelkahar Benhadj » trial postponed to next session

Criminal court judge in Algiers had postponed Monday the issue of “Abdelkahar Benhadj”, who is in escapee accompanied by five others in escapee and three have been arrested, to the next session because of the accused “B.Ilias” nicknamed “Ben Talha” attorney’s absence, thus the nine accused will face charges related to belonging to a terrorist group active inside the country.

• What was interesting in this trial was the presence “Ali Ben Hajd” to follow the issue and knew the judgment given by the Tribunal against his son, who joined terrorist groups at the end of 2006, however he arrived late to know that his son’s issue was postponed.
