« GIA » remnants active in eastern Algeria under « Salafist group »

Skikda province ( East of Algeria ) attack is third in less than one week in the Algerian eastern provinces, which was implemented by the “GSPC” after two terrorist operations in Jijel province, but this is the bloodiest one in terms of results, waiting for Droudkel’s terrorist acts escalation, who ordered his elements to intensify their terrorist attacks in the east of Algeria, to settle the pressure from the central regions – as already noted in Echorouk-, but this rage came under the war of leadership and the “GIA” efforts to take control over the organism command, after it recruited one of its remnants at the regions’ leadership.    What is interesting is that this terrorist group, which is active in the east of Algeria, adopted the same strategy that was implemented in the middle regions of Algeria, targeting the army patrols by using remotely detonated bombs. Terrorist were keen, according to available data from Jijel and Skikda provinces, to plant powerful road side bombs to kill the supporting groups, on the background that they are numerous and contain officers who control the fight against terrorism in these regions. In this context, some sources confirmed to Eckorouk, that army officers have recently moved to the units, which are located in difficult areas, where control is not easy, to intensify control operations.
