A new cabinet in Algeria

Algerian president Abdelaziz Bouteflika appointed today Ahmed Ouyahia prime minister and proceeded to a partial cabinet reshuffle subsequent to the constitutional amendment.  

• Ahmed Ouyahia who was head of government resigned after the new constitution was adopted.
• The president re-appointed him Prime Minister. The former general manager of the national public Radio Azzedine Mihoubi was appointed minister delegate in charge of communication in replacement of Abderrachid Boukerzaza.
• The other ministers are maintained in their positions in the new cabinet, including. The president may appoint deputy prime ministers a coording to the constitution.
