AADL Housing: Salary, property and accommodation for screening new subscribers' files

Until now, the adoption of any new standards regarding access to houses for sale with rent or what is known as “AADL”, and asserted that the criterion of ancient subscribers on the site registration has been dropped, reassuring everyone who meets the conditions of access to housing after checking their files and will the names will not drop from the list of beneficiaries, Informed sources from the Ministry of Housing said.

Houses Ministry gave a deadline of one month to inform subscribers on the date of accepting their registration and informing them to deposit their files, and during this period and in view of the electronic data, the ministry will investigation on three fundamental documents which are the national card code through which the subscriber proves whether he/she owns a property or an apartment, and through data and registration number of the certificate of Social Security, the Ministry of Housing will reveal automatically the monthly salary for the registered and his/her social situation, and the most important documents are mainly represented in the certificate of residence.

Through an initial reading of the registration form, the ministry will identify the monthly salary, and social status, and residence, and not benefiting formerly from any financial assistance by the state to build or buy a house and lack of ownership of a house, as a preliminary criteria to accept registration in the lists of subscribers to get a house in the formula of sale with renting.
