Abdellah Maarouf to Echourok: many Arab countries boycotted Al Qods Forum except Algeria and Qatar

Seizing the opportunity of being hosted by “Echourok Forum” the former Public Relations official of al Aqsa mosque Abdellah Maarouf and the Deputy Head of Al Qods International Society, Mohammed Abdellah Chikh Idriss have sounded the alarm over the plight of the local inhabitants” the Palestinians of Al Aqsa are suffering more than ever, all they can do is to stay at home”.

• Abdellah Maarouf has indicated that many Arab countries, except Algeria and Qatar, have refused to take part to the last “Al Qods Forum” to fend off discovering the bitter reality of Al Qods adding” This forum will record the most significant Zionist exodus to Al Qods since its invasion”.

• He went on saying that the number of houses destroyed by the Israeli authorities in the northern part of Al Qods over the current year is equal to that registered since 1967 until now especially in the areas of “Al Boustan” and the “Southern gate”.

• The Palestinian official has indicated that Israel has implemented a new strategy which consists in withdrawing the Palestinian officials’ identities “ Nir Barakat, a hard-liner mayor has stripped many Palestinian officials of their identities, and put into jail Mohammed Abu Djaber because he refused the move”. He went on saying “ The Israeli authorities have closed the mosque’s  gates last year in March and let in hundreds of Jewish than closed denied entry to the Muslims; they invited 40 Rabbi to pray in Al Aqsa mosque for the first time ever”.

• Abdellah Maarouf has indicated “ A young Palestinian was even denied entry to his home because he was living 25 metres far from al Aqksa mosque and forced to stay away at a distance of 150 meters for 6 moths; this burlesque situation pushed him to lodge in the refugees’ camp for about 5 years”.

• He has indicated that the Israeli authorities have never before compelled the Palestinians to tear down their own houses “The house owner is forced to tear down his home otherwise he would pay a fine representing the cost of the destruction estimated at some $ 15 thousand”.

• Abdellah Maarouf has further added that the project” Al Qods ambassadors”, organized by the Association,  is designed to teach to the new Muslim Arab generation all aspects surrounding the history, geography, politics and religion of Al Qods”.

• The laureates will receive honorary degrees endorsed by the famous theologian Youcef Al Karadhaoui, and they can in their turn, teach other people in the future.
