“War veterans ministry” staff involved in counterfeiting facts

President of the first punitive room at Algiers court council had postponed last weekend appeals in “war veterans’ counterfeiters” issue to the next 22 October, after defence requests.

• This issue in which about 11 person are involved, returned to justice again after the resumption of all parties to the primary court provisions in “Bir Mourad Rais”, which had condemned “M.N” with three years imprisonment for committing felony and forgery, same court had condemned both “M.S” and “M.M” in addition to a female accused “CH.M”, who was an administrative assistant in “Ben Aknoun” municipality, and “F.A” in “Babelwad” municipality administration and “B.A” head of the civil status in “Ben Aknoun” municipal admin with two years prison and 100.000 Algerian Dinars, as a fine because of their involvement in the crime of providing documents for a person who had no right to check them, as well as swindling and fraud.
• It is clear that these accused were receiving grants from the “war veterans ministry”, as war veterans sons after they got membership cards, and presented false files that were prepared by “Babel wad”, “Dali Brahim” and “Benaknoun” municipality staff.
•  Investigation, which has been conducted in Bir Mourad Rais Court, revealed that officials in the “war veterans’ ministry” are involved.
