Africans and Moroccans converted white papers to foreign currencies and eking on Algerians

Algerian national gendarmerie of Algiers dismantled ten gangs during the first six months of the current year including Africans and Moroccans to defraud the Algerians by transfering the white papers to foreign currencies out of 74 gangs which are involved in various attacks, drugs and prostitution trade.

•  Colonel Taibi Mostafa, the commander of the provincial Gendarmerie of Algiers, explained that the most 10 gang members, which are specialized in forgery, have been dismantled during the first six months of the current years are Moroccans, who crossed into Algeria through the western borders, to move to the capial and the centeral regions, where they coordinated 10 professional gangs in fraud on citizens.
