Ahmed Ouyahia to participate at RND Party 4th Conference

Sources close to the organizers for RND Party Fourth Conference, told Echorouk that the coordinator of Algiers, and the right-hand man of the former Secretary-General, the Attorney Chihab Seddik, put the name of Ouyahia on the list of delegates from Algiers, who will participate in the upcoming conference.
