Air Algérie Hired Untrained Spanish Pilots

Final report of the judicial expertise on the plane crash of Air Algérie hired plane in Mali uncovers new exciting facts, unlike the contents of the first report, as the causes of the accident were attributed to the lack of training of the plane’s pilots and crew (DC-9-83), which belong to the Spanish “Swift Air” company, and who were cut off from work for a period of 8 months, and the pilots’ assistant who is in fact a babysitter.

Experts of the investigation into the incident of the crash of the plane (DC-9-83), said in the final report that was handed over to Paris court’s magistrates, this week, as revealed by the French website “Air Journal”, on Saturday, that “Swift Air” pilots were cut off from work for eight months before the date of the crash, which caused the deaths of 116 passengers in July 24, 2014, on a flight from Ouagadougou to Algeria.

Same report said that the Spanish airline “Swift Air” is responsible for the incident, which took place one hour after the plane took off precisely from area of Ghosi, which led to the death of all the passengers, including Algerians, French, Burkanabe, Lebanese, and Spanish, because the airline did not respect its obligations concerning the complementary training of the pilots.

Other interesting facts that are contained in the report, is what was quoted by the lawyer of the Association of the Crashed Plane Victims, that the pilot’s aid works in parallel with being part of the aviation crew, in the center for kids’ care.

The final report that was assigned to the French justice, was different from the first report, which attributed the incident to imbalances concerning the lack of anti-cooling system and the clogging pickers of engines pressure, causing the fluctuation of the conduct of the engines and lowering the aircraft’s speed, in addition to the non-registration of any maneuvers to recover the low coherence of the plane in the air by the crew, which are the same results, that were achieved by the French Bureau of investigation and the security of civil aviation.
