Al Arouche Kabylian movement: Bouteflika must visit our region

Representatives of Al Arouche movement, in the Kabylian Tizi Ouzou and Bejaia localities, east of Algeria, confirm “development of our region needs more security measures in order to attract investors who will establish projects”.  

• Despite the National Gendarmerie announced the cover of the Kabilian region with 70% of its elements, Representatives Al Arouche movement said in Echorouk forum, “ Security forces have to reconsider their programs and change their security plans according to a new security map signed with the PM in 2002, and ratified later on by the president Bouteflika”.
• “The new map must take into account all he sides. Citizens are no longer living in safety,” said Issa Arab.

• “Tizi Ouzou has become the city of mafia and gangs, and field of theft. It is also a ground for drugs, prostitution and alcohol. The mafia started its work after security forces entered their barracks. There are lots of theft operations hiding under terrorism. We asked president Bouteflika to visit Tizi Ouzou like any other localities,” Sadek Yousefi said.
