Algeria: 3 million needy pupils to get President’s grants on September 13

Algerian Education Minister Abu Bekr Ben Bouzid Saturday warned false needy pupils’ parents who present counterfeited files to benefit from 2,000 Algerian dinars grant.

• The grants which were ordered by Algerian President in 2000 Abdelaziz Bouteflika are supposed to be offered to 3 million and 400,000 needy pupils starting from September 13.
• “Experiences of 7 years showed that most of beneficiaries from the grants are cheaters and false needy people,” the minister told Echorouk.
