Algeria agrees on establishing reception centers before the secret immigrants’ deportation
Algeria approved formally the establishment of reception centers for the illegal immigrants in many African countries, through the amendment of the 25th June 2008 law, concerning the conditions of foreigners entry to Algeria, after a big hesitation of the public authorities that expressed their reservation of this centers’ establishment.

This law canceled the 22 July 1966 order about fighting the illegal immigration, and the changes in the above-mentioned law enabled the different security interests to take photograpgs of the illegal imigrants, who have been arrested and took their fingerprints as provided for in Article 15 of law.
